  1. Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness strategy
  2. Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products by overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR including build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  3. Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
  4. Designing and reviewing the Marketing department’s budget
  5. Working with all cross functional departments and external agencies on marketing plans.
  6. Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team, setting current and long-term goals for internal teams
  7. Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
  8. Work closely with the product development team to define marketing materials and programs.
  9. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  10. Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
  11. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
  12. Goal setting & Measurement, set high standard & Set Teamwork Spirit.
  13. Developing and maintaining marketing culture & strategies that focuses on driving sales revenue.
  14. Providing leadership, inspiration and implementing effective marketing strategies that maximize revenue.
  15. Mentoring and developing Managers and Team while effectively implementing and monitoring action plans within a positive work environment.
  16. Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing strategy and analysis for the CEO and top management and partners
  17. Directing management staff in order to meet sales objectives & goals, and lead in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
  18. Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
  19. Other Assignments.

คุณสมบัติหลัก

  1. Over 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree or Master's degree in marketing, Business Management, Communication Arts or Others related
  3. Minimum 10+ Years of strong experience in sales, marketing for residential project or the property industry would be an advantage, 5 years of experience in supervise/manage the team.
  4. Have knowledge and understand in online media advertising in Facebook/ Google /YouTube/E-commerce
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  6. Excellent Command in English ≥ 700
